How many days does it last? How often do you wash your hair during the week? Growing my natural hair and keeping it healthy is the ultimate goal for me. But my biggest routine is my wash day routine. My routine intales applying olive oil to my scalp and hair to achieve a deep moisturizing treatment. I put on a shower cap on while the oil sits on my scalp and hair. Afterwards I do a cowash rinse. I don't buy expensive products. I use organic cabinet items that work just as good as the name brands. I use Apple cider vinegar. Then after doing the cowash I simply run luke warm water through my hair to rinse it as much as possible. Then I shampoo with with Shea moisture product line.
